SOUTH HAVEN SUNNY BROOK RV RESORT

Here you will be situated at a fairly new and well maintained facility just three miles from Lake Michigan. Expect to discover paved streets, sites and patios. Various lot ownership opportunities available. You may customize your site with an expanded patio, outdoor kitchen, landscaping, etc. A coach house on your lot is yet another option to consider when you become an owner. Short and long term stays welcome. The Class A only section features 65 foot pull-ins facing the 5-1/2 acre lake, 65 foot back-ins and the 75 foot “Ravine” back-ins. Other site opportunities. A small park consisting of all back-in sites with the exception of #43 – an 80 foot pull-thru. Your space will be a 50 – 55 footer – try #44 thru 49. Site #21 has good room on the curbside while #22, 39 & 40 are also possibilities. Streets are paved and the sites are partially paved. No pets during the busy summer season (call park for details). FOGG BROOK RESORT

A quiet semi-rural setting will greet you once you motor through a section of the golf course. 30A electric and water only. All spaces are back-ins and fairly open. Sites A2 thru A13 are in the 75-85 foot range with the woods to the rear of your rig. If you opt for A14 (70 feet), you will have no one on your curbside. Sites B3 thru B11 are in the 75 foot range while C2 thru C12 are a tad shorter with an open field to the front of you. FF: All sites listed. Wi-Fi. Open 5/1 – 10/15. Paved streets, sites and patios. The streets are fairly wide and will take you to a site in the 90 foot range with good elbow room – #1 thru 54.
