BLUE WATER RV RESORT

Here you will discover a new and unique destination which opened in April 2019 on the Texas Gulf of Mexico Coast. You will have convenient access on the private boardwalk to twelve continuous miles of beach directly across the highway. The boardwalk is also suitable for golf carts and four wheelers. Wide paved streets and 20 foot wide paved pads. At the very front of the park are 75 foot pull thru B12 thru B18. You may prefer the 55 foot back-ins along the Blue Water Canal with plenty of room to the rear of your rig: C1 thru C39, C41 thru C48 while C49 thru C76 have semi-private dockage for your boat. Additional 55 foot back-ins to the natural wetlands are another possibility, A1 thru A73. The Blue Water Bar and Grill on the premises provides excellent views of the Gulf along with a varied menu. Stay in touch with free fiber optic WiFi and cable TV. Your friends and family without RVs may also join you when staying in the fully furnished cottages, linens included. Pull thru spaces 75 foot long B26 thru B30 are located in the cottage area. Fido has a fenced dog walk and pickle ball players have their court. The zero entry swimming pool area has four covered beach huts while the large community pavilion is ideal for social gatherings. In addition, a banquet room is available for meetings/groups. A boat ramp with trailer parking and kayak/canoe launch into the Blue Water Canal are at your disposal to access, explore and fish the numerous waterways. Birding is very popular here in the winter months at the large Brazoria and San Bernard National Wildlife Refuges. Propane and laundry on the premises. Take Hwy 332 approximately nine miles to Surfside Beach and you will dead end at Hwy 257(Bluewater Hwy). SOUTHERN OAKS LUXURY RV RESORT

This is a fairly new owenership park (motorhomes, fifth wheels, and travel trailers 26 feet or longer) which also has a rental section. Spaces #501 thru 511 are 75 footers. Back-ins in the 55 foot range: #203 thru 215, 302 thru 315 and 406 thru 414. Paved streets and sites. FF: #501 thru 511. DIRECTIONS: Southbound on Hwy 35 approaching Rockport, after you cross the Copano Bay Bridge go 3-2-3 miles and turn right at the light for Hwy 35 for a little less than two miles and get in the left lane. RIVERSIDE RV PARK AND RESORT (SEVIERVILLE)

Sites open year around in the 75 foot range are #41 thru 56. Open mid-March to 11/30 are #259 thru 284 in the 75 foot range along with 65 footers # 66 to Boyd’s Creek HWY. STURGIS RV PARK

Perhaps the best area is the lower level on the east side of the park…75 footers with fairly wide streets, #12 thru 16, 18 thru 24, 26 thru 31 and 33 thru 37. The upper level of pull-ins which have a great view are 60 footers with room for your tow, #113 thru 118. Other site options which may or may not be suitable for you. Open 5/1 thru 9/30. DIRECTIONS: On I-90, Exit #32 and head south on Junction Avenue for 1-1/3 miles to the light at Lazzle Street. Proceed straight ahead, cross over the creek and take a left onto Woodland Drive. BADLANDS NATIONAL PARK, CEDAR PASS CAMPGROUND

Dry camping in a semi-circle pull-thru. Unhooking is likely and the spaces are in the 50-60 foot range. In the Agate Loop – #23, 25, 27 or 30. In the Butte Loop – #43, 51, 57, 61, 62, 63, 73, 77, 81, 83, 87 & 96. No laundry. Fair dump. No reservations. DIRECTIONS: On I-90, Exit #131 – head south 8-1/2 miles on Hwy 240 and take a left at the split (just beyond the Visitor’s Center). The park will be down to your left about 100 yards. WILLOW TREE RESORT (LONGS)

All spaces have excellent elbow room. Pull-ins facing the lake in the 80-100 foot range – #1 thru 9 (except #7). Back-ins with the lake to the rear – #12, 14 & 15 thru 21 are 90 footers or better except #19 and 20 are 75 feet. The following sites stretch out from 90 to 150 feet (many with a lake view) – #25 thru 32 and 35 thru 60. Other site possilbilities over 100 feet in the #66, 74 & 86 rows. FF: Any sites listed. HILTON HEAD ISLAND MOTORCOACH RESORT

Here you will be located on a large barrier island which boasts a myriad of well regarded golf courses, miles of pristine beaches and a wide variety of shopping and dining. This is an eighteen foot minimum Class A and C motorcoach ownership facility in a wooded setting. Short and long term stays welcome. Paved streets and sites…mostly back-in spaces. Wi-Fi. Secured entry. DIRECTIONS: On I-95, Exit #8 and head east on Hwy 278 for 18-1/2 miles where you will cross the Intracoastal Waterway Bridge. Proceed straight ahead approximately 1-1/2 miles and take the Cross Island Parkway exit. After five miles or so you will cross the Intracoastal Waterway again. WOLF’S CAMPING RESORT

Quite a few seasonals here, however, there are spaces set aside for overnighters/short term stays. The sites are in opposite direction and a close neighbor is possible if the park is busy. Select sites #124 thru 131 or 139 & 140 which are all in the 65-70 foot range. Wi-Fi office area only. Open with full services 4/1 thru 10/31. A 50 amp site with no water or sewer is available in front of the pavilion from 11/1 thru 3/31. DIRECTIONS: On I-80, Exit #53 and head north on Hwy 338 a few hundred yards to the park on the right. At the front of the park are sites #44, 54 & 55 – 80 feet, #47 – 90 feet and #46 – 100 feet. Another option might be #29 at 75 feet or 70 footer #27. FF: #44, 46, 47 & 55. Wi-Fi. SEA PERCH RV RESORT (YACHATS)

This is a small facility located next to the Pacific Ocean which is evolving into an ownership park. Paved streets and sites. At sites #3, 4 and 7 thru 10 you will pull in and face the water on a 50 foot pad. You will have partial views of the ocean in 60 foot pull-in sites #22 thru 28. For a 60 foot back-in try #16 thru 21. FF: #3, 4, 20 & 21. Wi-Fi. DIRECTIONS: Southbound on Hwy 101, six miles after crossing the Yachats River Bridge in town, go down the small hill and turn right into the park just before the 171 mile marker.
