DIRECTIONS: On I-5, Exit #230 and proceed west on Hwy 20 roughly 14 miles to a light at the intersection of Whidbey Island and Oak Harbor. Continue straight through the intersection for a few hundred feet and take a right onto Fidalgo Bay Road. The park will be down one mile to your right. When exiting the park, hang a right and motor ¾ of a mile to V street. Take a right and then a quick left onto 374threet. Go straight up to the stop sign, take a left and that will put you at the light for a left onto Hwy 20 headed east.
